OVERVIEW
Music, Meditation and Mindfulness
at Breitenbush Hot Springs
November 8th-11th, 2018

“I am thrilled to be offering this weekend retreat at one of my favorite places on the planet, Breitenbush Hot Springs, up in the old growth forest outside of Detroit, OR. I used to live at this retreat center, and it was where I experienced the most profound spiritual awakening of my life. Thus to bring a group here, to dive deeply into the blissful stillness within through meditation, to chant our heart open into effortless communion with Love, to deepen in mindfulness practice and soak in the incredibly healing waters bubbling up from the heart of mother earth, this will be a profoundly transforming weekend.

“Breitenbush has cozy cabins, numerous beautiful natural hot springs, an incredible redwood sauna built right over lithium springs, a gorgeous meeting space (we'll be in the beautiful forest shelter), a beautiful river right through the property, and delicious homemade meals three times a day (included). You won't want to leave!”

What people are saying...

“Attending Kathy's 2016 Heart Opening Retreat at Mount Shasta changed my life. I am so much more at peace with myself and the world. I see miracles everywhere, and it is so much easier to view things through the eyes of love. Kathy creates such a loving, safe environment for her retreats. It is like being magically transported to an oasis of peace. Her beautiful music touches my soul deeply, especially when I am in her presence. I am looking forward to experiencing Kathy's magical oasis over and over again in the future. Thank you, Kathy, with all my heart.”

What people are saying...

“Kathy's music and message radiate from a very loving, pure and authentic place. Her music is like listening to a lullaby...except instead of being lulled to sleep it stirs the heart to awakening and home. She gently and lovingly facilitated deeper reflection in her workshop exercises. She is an inspiration!”

“The great state of yoga is experienced in that mind which has ceased to identify itself with its fluctuating waves of perception. When this happens, the seer is revealed resting in its own essential nature and one realizes the true self.”
