You are invited to join Kathy Zavada in the beautiful and inspiring setting of Mt. Shasta, California for three days of deeply uplifting music, meditation by a flowing, pristine river, nourishing time in nature, and the invitation to rest into the blissful stillness of being. There will be silence, chanting, deepening reflective practices, a concert, hiking, yoga, soaking in the hot springs, swimming in the crystal clear creek and gentle support in all we share to deepen our awareness of our true nature.

The Retreat fee is $200. payable in full at time of registration. Please send payment with printable form below to:

You will receive a confirmation letter and an information packet upon payment. This fee does not include housing and food. Please make your reservations for housing directly with Stewart Springs. They provide a restaurant and juice bar as well as kitchenettes in their housing options.
